Kew 1G Retractive Rocker Switch - Paintable Antique Brass Black

The switches in our Kew collection are installed with new work boxes that need to be recessed into the wall. This makes them perfect for new construction projects.

They’re particularly subtle too, thanks to the really slim front plates that sit perfectly flush to the wall.

Our 1 gang retractive rocker switch is crafted to be as sleek and timeless as possible in any interior setting.

We prepare our paintable plates using our own self-etching primer, so you can easily paint them the same color as your walls. The rocker is finished in antique brass.

A retractive switch flicks back into the top 'off' position when you let go. You can use it for things like doorbells, kitchen sink disposals, and to dim lights (with one of our in-line dimmer modules).

The small amount of low-sheen plastic around the rocker comes in black (like this one) or white.

Antique brass is what’s called a 'living' finish because it reacts to the air and moisture around it, causing it to darken (especially in the areas you touch most). We’ve given it a head start by aging it by hand, so it has that antique look right out the box.
